Live Ops Game Designer — Automation & Community-Driven

tobspr Games is seeking a Game Designer to join the Shapez 2 team and own the game’s ongoing evolution post-launch, maintaining and growing an established automation title rather than building something from scratch. You’ll collaborate with the lead developer to iterate balance, systems, and content, representing the player perspective and grounding decisions in community feedback.
This is a fully remote role suited for a self-driven designer who can wear multiple hats in a small team.
