Area Sales Director

Position Overview
Flowers Bakeries is seeking an Area Sales Director to support DSD (direct store delivery) and ID (Independent Distributor) sales, grow customer relationships, and drive market growth.

Responsibilities

Support DSD and ID sales efforts, including managing customer relationships and sales activities.

Grow the customer base, identify new selling opportunities, and track sales data.

Build and maintain solid customer relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution.

Use digital tools to demonstrate execution wins and continuous growth opportunities.

Collaborate with the Market Vice President and the Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities and adjust sales strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in general management or sales (sales rep, distributor, or similar).

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Essential Job Requirements

Must possess a DOT Medical Card.

Valid Driver’s License and a safe driving record.

Must be at least 21 years old.

Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000 – $78,000. Competitive pay and bonus opportunities.
