Responsibilities
Sales Producer Key Requirements

Minimum of one year prior sales experience

Be a great self starter with a sense of urgency

Willingness to obtain Michigan Property and Casualty license

Willingness to learn and be coachable

Excellent communication skills

Demonstrate competitiveness, we only hire winners

Be able to utilize computer technology for prospecting purposes

Proficient in the use of computer platforms, all our work is completed by computer use

Customer Service Representative Key Requirements

Making outbound calls to discuss policy reviews, and late payments

Answer incoming client phone calls.

Filling claims on behalf of clients

Completing policy changes

Following up on Allstate reports

Ability to cross sell clients on other Allstate products

Refer clients to our life and retirement specialist

Building relationships with clients
