About The Role

1st Phorm is looking for a skilled, dependable Photographer to join our in-house Photo Team.
This is an opportunity to create meaningful, high-quality photography for a fast-growing brand across a wide range of projects, including product launches, lifestyle campaigns, studio productions, athlete and talent shoots, company events, and on-location productions. You'll work closely with the Director of Photography and other members of the creative teams to bring ideas to life while helping maintain and elevate the visual standard of the 1st Phorm brand.
No two days in this role look exactly the same. One day may be spent shooting in the studio, while the next could involve covering a major event, traveling for a production, building out a set, preparing equipment, or editing and delivering a large volume of images. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, travel to unique locations, collaborate with talented people, and create work that reaches a large and highly engaged audience.
The opportunities here are exciting, but they come with real responsibility. The 1st Phorm Photo Team moves quickly, cares deeply about the quality of its work, and depends on each team member to be flexible, dependable, and fully invested in what they do. This role can be demanding, but it also offers meaningful projects, opportunities to grow, and experiences that are difficult to find in a typical photography position.
The right person is adaptable, proactive, technically strong, receptive to feedback, and energized by being part of a growing company and creative team. For someone who wants to be challenged, develop their craft, and contribute to work they can genuinely be proud of, this can be an incredibly fulfilling opportunity.
