Roboze is seeking a VP Talent Acquisition to lead Roboze’s global recruiting engine as it scales across engineering, manufacturing, applications and leadership roles. Based in Houston with a global remit, you will partner with the CEO, COO and executive team to shape hiring strategy, pipelines and governance.
You will define scalable hiring models, build talent maps, establish scorecards, drive data-driven recruiting metrics, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
