BevCap Management , a Beyond Risk Management affiliate company, is a leader in Property & Casualty consulting and alternative risk solutions, specializing in group captive and structured risk programs for targeted industry verticals.

Based in McKinney, TX, we combine deep vertical expertise, strong data insights, and program innovation to deliver differentiated solutions in the marketplace.

We are seeking a Producer focused on broker distribution to expand access to our captive and alternative risk programs through independent insurance brokers and agency partners.

This role is designed for an individual who can build relationships, influence external producers, and drive adoption of sophisticated risk solutions.

What You’ll Do
Broker Distribution & Relationship Development

Develop and manage relationships with independent insurance brokers and agency partners within targeted verticals

Position BevCap as a specialty partner and resource for complex risk and captive solutions

Educate brokers on program structure, underwriting approach, and ideal client profiles

Build a network of consistent referral and production partners

Drive adoption and growth of BevCap’s captive and alternative risk programs

Identify and qualify opportunities sourced through broker partners

Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, structure, and place risks within programs

Provide strategic input to enhance program design, market positioning, and scalability

Sales Process Leadership

Support broker partners through the full deal lifecycle, including:

Opportunity qualification

Data gathering and underwriting strategy

Program design and proposal development

Final presentation and close

Serve as the subject matter resource on complex placements and alternative risk strategies

Market Development

Execute targeted outreach strategies to expand broker penetration in defined verticals

Represent BevCap at industry events, trade associations, and broker meetings

Reinforce BevCap’s brand as a leader in niche, best practice-driven insurance solutions

Internal Collaboration

Partner with account managers, consultants, and leadership to ensure successful program execution and partner satisfaction

Maintain visibility into deal pipeline and activity through CRM tools

Qualifications

3–7+ years of experience in P&C insurance, ideally in:

Wholesale brokerage

Program business

Carrier/BGA distribution

OR retail production with captive experience

Strong understanding of core P&C coverages

Exposure to or interest in captives, large deductibles, or alternative risk structures

Proven ability to build and maintain external business relationships

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

Highly organized and capable of managing a multi-opportunity pipeline

P&C license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and drive results
