Location: Irvine, CA, US; Los Angeles, CA, US

Job Summary
Lead and manage the expansion and retention of water-related services across Southern California and surrounding geographies, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

Opportunity

Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients

Develop new business, specifically leading business growth in Southern California and surrounding geographies

Capture industry-leading market share of various Water work and achieving objectives while providing start-to-finish project responsibility

Manage all aspects of an Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) service project including risk to cost, schedule, and quality

Management Responsibilities
Act as a project manager overseeing the project team, including engineering managers, staff development, and client engagement activities.

Preferred Qualifications

15+ years of active water/wastewater experience with demonstrated leadership experience in the Southern California market

Professional Engineering License; Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline

Understanding of budgets and financial metrics

Contract negotiation skill including knowledge of terms, risks, pricing and payment terms

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

Salary Range
In accordance with local law, the following annual compensation range is applicable for this job and location: $193,787.00 - $329,429.00.
