Snr Director Analyst – Enterprise Compute & Edge (Remote - North America)
Gartner analysts are industry thought leaders who create must‑have research and provide guidance to world‑leading organizations. In this role, you will translate Gartner’s research, best practices, and tools into meaningful client insights, focusing on server virtualization, server modernization, edge computing, and hybrid infrastructure.
What You Will Do

Research, analyze, and forecast market trends to provide actionable insights to end‑user organizations and vendors.
Stay ahead of developments across core and adjacent emerging technology areas.
Collaboratively write and publish evidence‑based research and analysis.
Communicate complex concepts clearly and authoritatively to senior‑level executives.
Present at conferences as an industry expert.
Partner with sales and service teams to support account growth, retention, and engagement.
What You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree.
10+ years of industry experience focusing on core data center technologies in leading‑edge organizations.
Experience presenting technology and business adoption scenarios to senior IT leaders.
Deep expertise in one or more of the following: edge computing, server virtualization technologies.
Knowledge of major and emerging vendors with the potential to disrupt the market.
Technical understanding of supercomputing approaches.
Benefits & Compensation

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 172,000 USD – 202,500 USD. Employees may participate in an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Additional benefits include generous PTO, a 401(k) match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
