The Marketing Manager will lead brand awareness, digital marketing, demand‑generation, and website optimization efforts for IDESCO. The focus is on driving measurable growth through modern marketing practices including performance marketing, CRM automation, content strategy, and continuous website improvement (UX, AEO, SEO, conversion optimization).

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, strategic marketer with experience in security technology, B2B marketing, and/or e‑commerce.

Core Responsibilities Summary

Drive brand visibility and market presence for IDESCO across digital channels.

Develop lead‑generation programs to support sales growth in key verticals.

Manage and optimize the IDESCO website and e‑commerce experience.

Create and manage content, campaigns, email/CRM workflows, and product marketing assets.

Partner closely with leadership, sales, and operations to support growth priorities.

Track results, report KPIs, and continuously improve marketing ROI.

What you will be doing:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to support sales growth across B2B and e‑commerce.

Manage SEO and AEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and inbound traffic.

Build and run lead‑generation programs, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, and email campaigns.

Optimize website experience to increase qualified leads and drive new customer growth.

Lead website optimization and management, including UX updates, content refreshes, product pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Support and optimize e‑commerce merchandising, product categorization, promotions, and cross‑sell strategies.

Oversee content creation, including blog articles, landing pages, videos, guides, and industry‑specific thought leadership.

Build and maintain marketing automation workflows (drip campaigns, lead nurturing sequences).

Partner with leadership to support new product launches, new supplier updates, and positioning.

Develop sales enablement collateral, including product sheets, solution guides, segment‑specific materials, and case studies.

Manage analytics, reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking for all marketing channels.

Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and continuously optimize channel performance.

Manage relationships with agencies or freelancers for paid media, SEO, and creative projects.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.

Brainstorm and drive new creative growth strategies.

What you need to succeed:

5–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, and e‑commerce.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications.

Ideal experience includes one or more relevant industries: Security, access control, ID badging, visitor management, identification products, or adjacent B2B technical markets.

Strong experience managing websites, landing pages, and e‑commerce platforms (including

Proven track record of driving lead‑generation programs and supporting sales teams.

Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics/GA4, CRM systems, and email automation tools.

Comfort working in a hands‑on, entrepreneurial environment with growth expectations.

Strong understanding of modern digital marketing (paid media, demand gen, CRO, analytics).

Familiarity with e‑commerce merchandising, UX principles, and customer journey analysis.

Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, operations, and leadership.

Project management skills with ability to own initiatives end‑to‑end.

Strong ability to interpret data and convert insights into action.

Excellent writing, communication, and content development skills.

Detail‑oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement and measurable results.
