Leading the Proposal Management strategy for Early Development Services, the remote-based Director of Proposal Management will develop departmental strategies, drive operational excellence, and enhance organizational performance across multiple teams and functions in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute the Proposal Management department strategy aligned with commercial and operational priorities
Build and maintain a high-performing management team through coaching, mentoring, and leadership development
Lead global proposal management operations, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal delivery while managing departmental performance metrics
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of direct CRO experience in commercial, operations, or labs; or an Associate's degree with 14+ years; or a High School Diploma/GED with 16+ years
7 or more years in a supervisory role
2 or more years leading complex operational or commercial functions with accountability for performance and resource allocation
Demonstrated success in developing and executing functional strategies that support business growth and operational excellence
Strong business and financial acumen, including experience in evaluating investments and optimizing resources
