Miami, FL (On-site) | Full-Time
Salary Range: $120,000–$140,000 Annually
Reports To:
VP of Revenue
About the Role
Grant Cardone Enterprises operates multiple high-velocity revenue funnels across high-ticket consulting, live training programs, real estate education, and large-scale events, generating millions in monthly revenue through paid media, landing pages, sales teams, and live experiences.
We're restructuring our revenue organization into dedicated funnel pods, where small cross-functional teams own a single business line from traffic through revenue.
We're hiring a
Product Lead
to own one of these funnels as its business operator. This role carries end-to-end accountability for the funnel's performance—including paid media results, landing page conversion, lead flow, sales pipeline health, and ultimately revenue generation.
You’ll lead a dedicated pod consisting of a media buyer, funnel builder, marketing automation specialist, and CRM governance resources while partnering closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
This is a hands‑on execution role—not a management‑by‑delegation position. We're looking for someone with approximately 4–5 years of experience building and optimizing revenue funnels who wants full ownership of a meaningful business metric and the authority to improve it.
Key Responsibilities
Own Revenue Performance

Work alongside media leadership to optimize:

Present Business Performance
Report weekly on funnel performance.
Explain what changed, why it changed, and the actions being taken.
Own forecasting for your business line.
Maintain Data Integrity
Ensure CRM consistency and attribution accuracy.
Maintain reliable reporting across the funnel.
Follow revenue team governance standards to establish one source of truth for all key metrics.

Strong understanding of funnel metrics and unit economics.
Data‑driven decision maker who distinguishes measurable facts from assumptions.
