Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Talent Sourcer & Researcher to support senior leader and C‑suite searches across global Business Groups. The role is based in Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA with a hybrid schedule, reporting to the Executive Recruiting Operations Leader.
You will partner with Executive Recruiters, develop search strategies, source passive talent, and deliver high‑touch service to internal and external stakeholders while driving process improvements.
