To support government proposals and marketing collateral, the full-time contract Proposal Graphic Designer will design impactful visual assets, including proposal graphics and marketing materials, while ensuring brand consistency and compliance with client specifications in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Design and polish visual proposal graphics, technical diagrams, and data tables according to client specifications
Concept and create original marketing materials, including brochures and corporate presentations
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and RFP compliance standards while collaborating with proposal teams under tight deadlines
Required qualifications
3-5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with government proposals or technical design
Associate or Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience
High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of InDesign, MS Word, and PowerPoint is beneficial
Strong layout, typography, and data-visualization skills with exceptional attention to detail
Must have own Mac computer and an active Adobe Creative Cloud subscription
