Compensation Details

Base Salary Range: $400,000 - $600,000
Earning potential to $800,000
Guaranteed salary year 1 and 2 plus production bonus
Partnership after year two with the ability to buy into the surgical center
Flexible recruitment incentives with sign-on bonus, residency stipend, and relocation
