Video & IT Field Support Technician

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking an IT Field Support Specialist to deliver on-site and remote Tier 2/3 support for a range of IT equipment and infrastructure at our Columbia, Maryland location. You will ensure connectivity, productivity, and security while adhering to standard operating procedures.
The role requires 1–2 years of IT experience, 8570 certification (Security+ preferred), and strong Windows OS, AD, and Office software skills.
