Responsibilities
Assist with marketing and advertising campaigns for client events, including educational seminars, dinner presentations, workshops, and community outreach activities.
Support social media content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and campaign planning across various platforms.

Help develop, edit, and proofread marketing materials, promotional content, and client communications.
Maintain organization of marketing assets, campaign materials, and advisor resources.
Support brand consistency across print, digital, and event marketing materials.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience research to support marketing strategies.
Assist with tracking project timelines, campaign deliverables, and marketing deadlines.
Collaborate with team members on special marketing projects and promotional initiatives.
Provide administrative support for marketing activities as needed.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional attitude, appearance, and communication style.
Creative mindset with an interest in marketing strategy and campaign development.
Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Hands‑on experience supporting marketing and advertising campaigns.
