Job Title: Coordinator, Marketing, East West Records East West Records (EWR) plays a critical role in bringing Warner Music Group’s international releases to U.S. audiences. The mandate involves coordinating release schedules, financial administration, data management, and propelling U.S.‑mandatory support for global artists.
Responsibilities Support the release and optimisation of WMG’s international releases each week: update the release schedule for internal and external DSP partners, ensure financial identifiers are mandatory, and notify teams of any discrepancies.
Relay delivery and mapping issues to Repertoire Owners and prepare periodic scheduling audits with Central Scheduling.
Prepare the Monthly International Priority Report & Audio for WMG labels, marketing and finance.
Facilitate the end‑to‑end finance pipeline for U.S. marketing campaigns, including vendor onboarding, POs, and invoice tracking.
Administer and organise East West’s submissions into WMG’s Global Pitch Tools.
Monitor, extract, and organise playlist, touring, charting, streaming statistics, and revenue metrics into clean, actionable spreadsheets.
Conduct regular roster reviews and system clean‑ups to ensure all artist data is current.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree.
1‑3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or data‑entry role (music industry or media experience preferred).
Highly organised, detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to multitask across priorities.
Expertise with large metadata files.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and GSheets/Excel (Pivot tables & VLookup); Airtable, Spotify Analytics, Tableau, Chartmetric, and Sodatone are a plus.
Passion for cutting‑edge technologies and innovation.
Interest in the Warner Music catalog and global music; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, high EQ, and trustworthy.
Proactive self‑starter and resourceful problem solver.
This position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office. We value in‑office collaboration, which is essential for talent development and strong working relationships.
Salary Range: $23.07 to $25.65 hourly.
