proactively recommend scope changes when necessary* Partner closely with Finance and leadership to manage revenue projections and staffing utilization* Review and approve timesheets and train teams on fiscal responsibility and best practicesTeam Leadership & Talent Development* Lead, mentor, and develop high‐performing teams across levels, fostering growth, accountability, and strategic thinking* Manage and mentor direct reports, including performance feedback, career development, and goal setting* Collaborate with other public and investor relations senior leaders to ensure seamless integration across teams and disciplines* Attract, retain, and develop top talent while cultivating a positive, inclusive, and collaborative cultureThought Leadership & Industry Presence* Champion thought leadership through bylines, speaking engagements, panels, awards, and industry visibility* Bring forward‐looking industry insights to clients and internal teams* Represent the organization professionally within the healthcare, communications, and finance‐adjacent ecosystems### QualificationsEducation & Experience* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required* Advanced degree or credential (MBA, CFA, or similar) strongly preferred* 11–14 years of relevant experience, including 8 years in senior leadership or supervisory roles* Deep experience in healthcare, biotechnology, wellness, or highly regulated industries* Proven ability to advise C‐suite executives and manage sophisticated communications programsSkills & Competencies* Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, writing, and presentation skills* Deep understanding of the biotech landscape and a track record of delivering results* Strong experience and expertise in supporting clinical-stage and/or commercial biotech companies, including data milestones* Demonstrated leadership skills with experience building and developing teams* Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth* Demonstrated success driving new business and organic account expansion* Ability to lead multiple complex initiatives in a fast‐paced environment with minimal oversight* Strong research, analytical, and problem‐solving skills* Collaborative leadership style with high emotional intelligence* Digital and social media fluency across earned, owned, and integrated channelsPrecision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
