Purpose of Role At Under Armour, we're building the future of Women's performance. As Vice President, Women's, you'll lead the vision, strategy, and growth of our global Women's businessshaping how the brand connects with athletes across products, experiences, and markets. This is a highly visible leadership role that brings together Product, Design, Merchandising, Marketing, and Commercial teams to create one cohesive Women's vision. You'll champion the consumer, influence enterprise priorities, and drive strategies that accelerate growth, brand relevance, and marketplace impact. Qualifications What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Management, Fashion, Consumer Products, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of leadership experience in apparel, footwear, retail, consumer products, or a related industry.
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven success building and growing brands, categories, or consumer-driven businesses at scale.
Strong strategic, commercial, and financial acumen with experience influencing business performance.
Ability to lead across complex, matrixed organizations and drive alignment among senior stakeholders.
Experience partnering across Product, Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, and Commercial teams.
Passion for understanding consumers, identifying trends, and translating insights into growth opportunities.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presence.
Demonstrated success developing high-performing teams and future leaders.
Bonus Points If You Have
Deep expertise in the Women's apparel, footwear, or athletic market
Experience leading global or multi-regional businesses
Background in omnichannel retail, including wholesale, DTC, and eCommerce
Experience driving transformation, innovation, and large-scale business growth

Workplace Location
Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore (HQ) or New York City office. Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.

Relocation may be provided up to a specified amount
Base Compensation $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 USD Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
