Bowhead seeks a graphic artist for a new contract in Dalghren, VA.
The intention of this contract is to provide support creation, maintenance, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of graphic design data.
Perform on-site high-level computer graphic design activities to produce brochures, briefings, displays, visual analytic products, and other materials; involved in all aspects of graphics/illustration projects from conceptualization and development to final presentation.
Utilizes current graphic design technology and computer software packages to produce and develop high-level graphics and miscellaneous media.
Requires in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with some/all of the following software: PhotoShop, Adobe Illustration Package, 3D Modeling, Animation, Web-Design and HTML, Authoring of Courseware and Internet Sites.
Proposes creative input to final decision makers related to design and composition of data which appeal to a broad military audience.
3-5 years of relevant experience in the career field and graphic design.
Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
Proficient in PhotoShop, Adobe Illustration Package, 3D Modeling, Animation, Web-Design and HTML, Authoring of Courseware and Internet Sites.
Proficient in Microsoft products and systems.
Must hold active a security clearance at the Top Secret level. Possessing an active Top Secret Clearance is preferred. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Top Secret clearance at this location.
Must be able to lift up to 5 to 10 pounds
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
