Digital Marketing Coordinator

P3R, the engine behind Pittsburgh's most transformative sporting events including the DICK'S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon Weekend of Events, is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator. This role will report to Manager, Digital Marketing and will play a vital role in the growth of P3R's brand through marketing and communications efforts.
Key Responsibilities

Organic Social Media

Assist in the planning, scheduling, and publishing of organic content across social platforms for both the DICK'S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon and P3R
Monitor social channels daily, engaging with community comments, messages, and mentions in line with P3R and Pittsburgh Marathon brand voice
Track and report on social performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth), surfacing insights and recommendations
Support the maintenance of the social content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets and copy
Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video and photo content for social and digital channels

Influencer and Ambassador Program

Assist in identifying, vetting, and building relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors
Support outreach, contracting coordination, and onboarding of talent and partners
Track deliverables and compile performance metrics

Partnership Marketing

Support the execution of sponsorship marketing deliverables, ensuring brand assets and content requirements are fulfilled on time
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to track sponsorship contract deliverables

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications

Attendance at P3R-owned and managed events is an essential function of this position. This includes, but is not limited to, race weekends, expos, community outreach events, and other organizational activities. Event schedules may require early mornings, evenings and weekends. All applicants must have a valid driver's license. Experience with social media management/scheduling tools (Hootsuite, HubSpot, Sprout Social, Later, etc.) Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
