Jr Video Assistant Remote

We are seeking a highly motivated Jr Video Assistant to join our team and help us create engaging and informative video content for our courses.

As a Jr Video Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing. This is a full‑time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the video production team to develop and implement creative concepts for video content

Assist in planning and coordinating video shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment setup

Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during video shoots

Assist with script writing and storyboarding for video content

Edit and assemble raw footage into a final product using video editing software

Ensure all video content meets company standards and brand guidelines

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our video content

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field

1-2 years of experience in video production, preferably in a corporate or educational setting

Strong technical knowledge of video equipment and software, including cameras, lighting, and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred)

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Passion for creating high‑quality, engaging video content
