Senior Campaign Field Director - Ground Game Lead

Carol Glanville for State Senate seeks a full-time Field Director to drive the campaign’s ground game in Michigan’s District 30 through Election Day. This senior role owns strategy, execution, and results, building the field plan, leading the team, and meeting voter contact goals across the district.
You will design field operations, recruit and train volunteers, manage canvassing and phone banking at scale, and report progress to leadership.
