Strategic Internal Communications Lead

QXO is seeking a Manager, Internal Communications to lead internal messaging across its 28,000-employee workforce in the U.S. and Canada. The role requires outstanding written and verbal skills, program management, and collaboration across field and corporate teams.
You will develop content for multiple channels, coordinate campaigns, and measure impact while supporting senior leadership and events. Travel up to 10-20% may be required.
