The Partnerships & Industry Verticals Commercial Success Product Manager, Go-to-Market (GTM) is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of launch and post-launch activities relating to D&B’s software partnerships, as well as our Industry vertical practices.
They work closely with cross-functional teams including strategic partnerships, industry practice leads pricing, marketing, sales, sales enablement, implementation, delivery, and customer success to ensure a seamless and impactful introduction to the market with the alignment across all key teams globally.
This role focuses on maximizing D&B’s value proposition & growth objectives by ensuring our services are available and fully activated via the best partnerships & industry verticals.
Passionate about working in both in person and remote environments, with the flexibility to be office-based in Jacksonville or Florham Park approximately 50% of the time.
Comfortable collaborating regularly with European team members and willing to work across varying time zones to support global business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute repeatable go-to-market plans for software partnerships & industry verticals, including target market analysis, positioning, messaging, sales activation, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Partner / Industry Practice leaders to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, demos, and training.
Ensure all cross functional teams (sales, marketing, customer support, etc.) are prepared for the launch.
Work closely with product development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure that the product aligns with customer needs and market trends.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns and content that drive product awareness and demand.
Work with sales teams to ensure they have the necessary tools and information to sell the product effectively.
Monitor and analyze the performance of partner launches and marketing campaigns.
Gather feedback from sales and customers to refine go-to-market strategies.
Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and differentiation.
Adjust go-to-market strategies based on competitive landscape and market trends.
Gather customer insights post-launch to identify areas for improvement and additional revenue opportunities.
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that products meet user needs and expectations.
Make sure all departments connected to the launch are in sync and have everything they need to know about the product to conduct the launch.
This involves pricing teams, finance, commercial operations and legal.
Essential Skills and/or Certifications
Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Technology or related disciplines.
At least 5 years’ experience of B2B pre-sales / solutions consulting/ product management/ project management on data analytics products / industry
B2B go-to-market expertise. Demonstrable experience designing and executing GTM motions across the commercial lifecycle: segmentation, positioning, sales enablement, and post-sale success and retention
Bias to action. You move decisively with incomplete information, knowing that a good decision made today usually beats a perfect one made next month.
AI-fluent. You use AI tools as a natural extension of how you work, accelerating everything from GTM content and market synthesis to scenario modelling, while applying your own commercial judgement
Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment
Proven track record of managing partner product launches and go-to-market strategies
Analytical capabilities to assess market performance and adjust strategies accordingly, results oriented, with proven ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
