Whitecap Search is seeking an experienced accounting and finance professional to join our high-growth Insurtech platform as the first in-house Accounting & Finance hire. You will own core accounting functions and partner with leadership on financial planning to scale the business.
Responsibilities include leading general ledger, payroll, month-end close, implementing scalable systems, ensuring GAAP compliance, and collaborating on budgeting and board materials.
