Matco Foods Limited, the parent company of Falak Foods and one of Pakistan’s leading names in the food industry, is looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team at the Head Office in Karachi. This role requires 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Position

Location: Head Office, Karachi

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience: 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG

Key Responsibilities

Execute ATL, BTL, and OOH marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for timely campaign execution.

Conduct market visits to monitor branding, merchandising, and competitor activities.

Track campaign performance and prepare KPI/ROI reports.

Manage POSM production, branding materials, and promotional activities.

Process purchase requisitions, POs, and vendor invoices through Microsoft Dynamics.

Maintain marketing documentation, contracts, approvals, and expense records.

Coordinate with Procurement and Finance for vendor onboarding and payments.

Requirements

Experience in ATL, BTL, and OOH campaigns and vendor management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.

Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Willingness to travel for market visits.
