Remote Lead: Workday Talent & Performance Systems

The Planet Group is seeking a Workday Systems Supervisor – Talent & Performance to lead a dedicated team and optimize the Workday Talent and Performance module. You will guide configuration decisions, manage daily operations, and collaborate with HR and IT to deliver reliable solutions.
This remote role requires strong leadership and hands-on experience with Workday Talent, including Performance, Goals, Succession, and Career Development. Onsite meetings for milestones may be required.
