Our portfolio includes seven distinct subsidiaries, each with unique branding and audience requirements. We are in a phase of aggressive expansion and require a visionary editor who can elevate our visual storytelling across all platforms.
Roles And Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end video production pipeline across all subsidiaries, ensuring brand consistency, creative excellence, and timely delivery.
Develop and execute platform-specific video strategies for Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, tailoring content to each subsidiary's target audience and platform algorithm.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, consistently delivering high-quality video content under tight, non-negotiable deadlines.
Drive audience growth and engagement by producing compelling, data-informed video content optimized for each platform's unique performance metrics.
Integrate AI-powered tools (e.g., RunwayML, Descript, Adobe Sensei) into editing workflows to accelerate production, automate repetitive formatting tasks, and enhance overall campaign efficiency.
Produce high-quality visual content utilizing advanced skills in video editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and narrative pacing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze video performance data (retention rates, click-through rates, engagement metrics) and iterate on creative approaches for maximum ROI.
Maintain and organize a comprehensive video asset library, ensuring all raw footage, projects, and final exports are systematically archived for future reuse.
Requirements

Experience: 5 years
Education: bachelor of fine arts in art history
