Job Description
TaskUs seeks a Learning Experience Leader and a Roadside Assistance Specialist to support our expanding autonomous vehicle division. The roles focus on designing, delivering, and continuous improvement of training programs and ensuring safe, effective vehicle operations.
Learning Experience Leader – Responsibilities
Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
Create and deliver end‑user, partner, and distributor training, including curriculum, training, and exams for all preparatory courses.
Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
Amend and revise programs to adapt to changes in the work environment.
Act as the content expert and maintain relevant training documents and materials.
Develop and create effective induction programs.
Monitor and review trainee progress through questionnaires and discuss findings with managers.
Audit trainees in the field to ensure strict adherence to company policies.
Ensure statutory training requirements are met and understand e‑learning techniques.
Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
Ensure all trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct.
Roadside Assistance Specialist – Responsibilities
Maintain TaskUs’s high standard of safety inside and outside the vehicle.
Demonstrate situational awareness, technology understanding, and adaptability.
Communicate courteously with management, engineers, and the public.
Provide assistance to stranded motorists and operate vehicles in single or dual mode.
Respond quickly to changing, high‑pressure environments while working primarily individually.
Operate or supervise self‑driving vehicles on defined and undefined routes.
Operate onboard data recording computers and manage driverless vehicle operations.
Apply safety procedures during rescue of a self‑driving car and ensure passenger safety.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and comply with safety regulations.
Document procedures and complete daily reports.
Focus on safety and compliance, including real‑time incident reporting.
Requirements – Learning Experience Leader
Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development or training roles.
Strong project management and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in e‑learning authoring tools and adult learning principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work across a flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional travel.
Knowledge of training analytics and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience designing and delivering training for diverse audiences.
Requirements – Roadside Assistance Specialist
Minimum 21 years of age; High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record; at least 3 years of professional driving experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and longer hours.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform required duties outdoors.
Propensity for critical thinking, problem solving, and following procedures.
Knowledge of or prior experience in driving in professional settings such as delivery trucks.
Up to 25% travel required.
