Learning Experience Leader

Responsibilities:
Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
Create and deliver end‑user, partner, and distributor training—including curriculum, training, and exams for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement.
Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
Amend and revise programs as necessary to adapt to changes in the work environment.
Act as the content expert and maintain relevant training documents and materials.
Develop and create effective induction programs.
Monitor and review trainees’ progress through questionnaires and discussion with managers.
Audit trainees in the field to ensure strict adherence to company policies.
Ensure statutory training requirements are met, understand e‑learning techniques, and identify where they are relevant; be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e‑learning packages.
Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
Ensure that all trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct.
Qualifications:
Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
Experience with curriculum development, assessment design, and e‑learning creation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and engage learners of diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and current training technologies.
Organizational and project management abilities.
Roadside Assistance Specialist

Responsibilities:
Maintain TaskUs’s high standard of safety inside and outside the vehicle.
Demonstrate situational awareness, understand the technology in your care, and adjust to changes in the environment.
Serve as deputy for technology, communicating courteously with management, engineers, and the public.
Provide assistance to stranded motorists.
Operate and drive in single or dual driving mode for 6‑8 hours a day, five days a week.
Respond quickly to changing and potentially high‑pressure environments.
Work individually and in small groups of 2‑10 people.
Monitor multiple software systems with constant focus.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Provide concise, accurate verbal and written feedback regarding vehicle operations.
Complete daily reports and document procedures and tests.
Interact with the public and educate them on self‑driving technology.
Operate self‑driving vehicles on both defined and undefined routes, under varied environmental conditions.
Operate onboard data recording computers.
Safely set up driverless vehicles and perform recovery operations.
Exercise excellent customer service while assisting passengers to disembark, board the rescue vehicle, and drive them to their destination.
Comply with TaskUs’s Autonomous Vehicle Division zero‑tolerance policy regarding alcohol or drugs, including randomized testing.
Remove stalled vehicles from streets, coordinate with local law enforcement as needed, and resume operations.
Respond to emergency roadside assistance calls within required service level agreements.
Follow all state, local, and DOT regulations during all operations.
Report accidents, incidents, and road conditions in real time.
Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Four‑year college degree preferred in a related field (industrial or applied sciences).
Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record; meet all state driver requirements and criminal history regulations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional driving on public roads (additional experience preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
Follow well‑defined methods, procedures, and reporting requirements.
Ability to present and facilitate class discussions.
Energetic, enthusiastic, creative, and able to think outside the box to motivate and engage an audience.
Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
Capability to function as a teammate and support production when needed.
Up to 25% travel required.
Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, lift up to 45 pounds, and meet vision requirements; work is primarily outdoors in a vehicle or closed‑course space.
Nice to have: 1‑2 years of related field experience in training or teaching, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in handling groups.
