Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed agendas

Manage team space planning, which may include office moves, and reconfigurations

Partner closely with the leadership team, key business partners (Finance, HR, Recruiting), and other Executive Assistants across the organization

A Day in the Life
Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic coordination and proactive problem‑solving. You'll manage intricate calendars across time zones, orchestrate cross‑functional communication, and ensure our leadership team operates with maximum efficiency. From coordinating international travel to preparing comprehensive meeting agendas, you'll be the behind‑the‑scenes catalyst that keeps our organization running smoothly.

No two days are the same — you might start the morning resolving scheduling conflicts, transition into planning a team event, and wrap up by onboarding a new hire. You will build strong relationships with cross‑functional partners and other EAs to create a positive working environment and a well‑connected support network.
