The Product Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting both tactical execution and higher-level initiatives across Sargent & Greenleaf.

Position Summary The coordinator will work closely with the global sales organization, product management, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences and enable sales and channel partners. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring content remains accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities Tactical Marketing & Sales Support Create, schedule, and execute social media posts and email marketing campaigns, including copywriting and basic creative coordination.
Support the global sales organization with marketing materials, trade‑show preparation, and general sales enablement needs.
Assist with trade‑show management: distributor booth design review and approvals; coordination of graphics, images, and trade‑show‑specific messaging; trade‑show‑related email and social campaigns.
Manage and support website content accuracy and updates, working with the web provider to ensure content is current, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
Product & Brand Marketing Support Assist with execution of new product launches and ongoing product marketing initiatives.
Coordinate timelines, materials, and internal communications.
Support manual and asset creation in partnership with Product Management.
Help monitor and align departments and materials to established brand standards, ensuring consistency across channels and regions.
Support the development, execution, and tracking of the annual marketing plan for 2026 and beyond.
Assist with the review and updating of technical literature, including product manuals, sales sheets, and technical documents.
Revision level tracking and document control in coordination with Product Management.
Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, product marketing support, or similar roles.
Proficient written communication skills with experience creating marketing copy.
Experience supporting trade shows, sales materials, or distributor marketing.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
