Position Summary The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives. This role manages both organic and paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, creates compelling digital content, monitors online reputation, and ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts while working directly with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Create, schedule, and manage organic and paid social media content across multiple social media platforms.

Develop and execute social media campaigns that support marketing initiatives, promotional efforts, and overall brand strategy.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social platforms to maximize performance and return on investment.

Manage campaign budgets and maintain awareness of client, store, or regional spending requirements.

Design and produce engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, reels, and social media assets using creative design tools.

Monitor and manage online reputation through platforms such as Reputation.com and other review management tools.

Respond to social media comments, messages, and online reviews in a professional and brand-consistent manner.

Ensure all content adheres to brand standards, marketing guidelines, and platform best practices.

Stay current on social media trends, emerging platforms, industry developments, and evolving digital marketing strategies.

Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Manage multiple projects, accounts, and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand objectives and deliver effective social media solutions.

Qualifications Required Minimum of 1 year of social media marketing experience.

Experience managing paid social advertising campaigns across:
Facebook

Instagram (Meta)

TikTok

Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and/or clients simultaneously.

Experience managing advertising budgets and discussing campaign performance, spend, and ROI.

Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to present ideas and interact confidently with stakeholders.

Proficiency with Canva and CapCut for content creation, editing, and social media asset development.

Strong written, verbal, organizational, and time-management skills.

REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.

Experience managing online reputation and review platforms.

Proficiency with additional design software such as Adobe Photoshop or similar creative tools.

Experience utilizing analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
