Senior Brand Designer

Seeking a full-time Senior Brand Designer to work remotely, who will own end-to-end brand design across campaigns, product launches, and social media, while evolving Phantom's visual identity and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand quality.
Key responsibilities

Own end-to-end brand design from concept through final production across various platforms
Evolve and extend Phantom's visual identity, setting creative direction and maintaining brand quality
Translate complex briefs into compelling creative and lead high-visibility projects, aligning stakeholders across functions

Required qualifications

6+ years of experience in brand design, with a portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and high-level execution
Proficiency in design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with After Effects as a plus
Experience contributing to and extending a brand design system
Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate creative work to senior stakeholders
Curiosity about AI-powered design tools and motivation to integrate them into workflow
