Principal, UX/UI Design Location: Fort Worth, Texas (Onsite)

Responsibilities Lead design projects from concept to completion
Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices
Conduct advanced user research and usability testing
Develop and refine design systems and style guides
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design alignment with business goals
Advocate for user‑centered design principles within the organization
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of directly related experience (high‑school +13 years, associate +9 years, M.S. +2 years, Ph.D. 0 years)
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate fluently in English
5years of relevant experience
