Regional District Manager - Lead 8-12 Stores to Grow

Big Brand Tire & Service seeks a District Manager to oversee 8–12 store locations, driving performance and developing leaders across our network. You’ll ensure each location operates efficiently, meets targets, and upholds safety and customer service standards.
You will lead hiring, training, and performance management, travel regularly, and report on EBITDAR, sales, and service metrics, with a focus on growth and internal promotion opportunities.
