The Director, Category Sales will drive profitable revenue growth for Mini-Splits, Water Heaters, Parts & Supplies and other growth areas in the Lennox Residential HVAC business. You will lead a team of sales leaders and collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Distribution leadership to accelerate adoption across dealers, distributors, and national accounts.
