Job Title

Oversee and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) supporting Medical (ISO 13485) and Automotive (ISO 9001 & IATF) standards
Drive department operations within a facility that is 95% medical and 5% automotive, producing transfer and injection molded parts
Establish and uphold metric-driven and KPI-oriented quality performance standards across the department
Lead the department with robust systems and documentation aligned with QMS standards
Provide daily direction and resolution on all quality issues across the plant
Minimum 3+ years of management experience in a medical manufacturing environment
Strong background in ISO 13485 compliance and medical device quality systems (highly preferred)
BS degree in Engineering preferred
