Chief Marketing & Brand Growth Officer

Episcopal Retirement Services is seeking a Marketing Director to lead and refine ERS’s brand strategy, campaigns, and external partnerships. You will drive growth by analyzing brand performance and guiding content across key channels, while developing the internal marketing team.
The role requires a BA/BS in marketing or communications and at least seven years of experience, with strong public speaking and cross-functional collaboration skills. Travel to ERS locations is expected.
