About The Role

The Communications Manager is responsible for building and executing strategies that grow Climate One’s

audience, content reach, and public engagement .

This role operates at the intersection of

media, climate storytelling, and strategic communications , where narrative directly influences public awareness and policy discourse.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute communications and content strategies
Manage digital media, newsletters, and campaign content
Grow audience engagement across platforms
Analyze performance metrics and optimize reach
Support promotion of climate events and programming
Coordinate content production and digital assets
Engage with stakeholders and external partners
