FrameShift is a Roblox game studio based in Miami. We started in 2024 with a simple goal: make games on Roblox that are actually worth playing. We're a small team — which means the people we bring in have a real say in what we build and how we build it.
About this role

Making videos about our games — devlogs, showcases, trailers, short clips. You'd have a lot of say over the format. We care more about the end result than how you get there.
You Will

Produce video content including devlogs, trailers, showcases, and short-form clips
Develop a consistent posting cadence across agreed platforms
Maintain brand voice and visual consistency in all published content
Report performance metrics and surface insights on what's working
Coordinate with the team on content timing around major updates or launches
You Have

A YouTube or TikTok channel with game-related content
Video editing, commentary, or both
Some understanding of what gets views in the Roblox space
Can turn around content on a reasonable schedule
