POSITION OVERVIEW:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively source and engage candidates for high-volume and field-based roles across multiple markets

Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent, with an emphasis on skilled trades, technical, and entry-to-mid level positions

Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, community outreach, and local market research

Partner closely with the Recruit team to understand hiring needs across different functions and regions

Support partnerships with trade schools, technical programs, and community organizations to create consistent candidate pipelines

Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to new and emerging markets

Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and qualification to assess fit and interest

Track candidate activity and pipeline health within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and/or CRM

Leverage data and market insights to refine sourcing strategies and improve efficiency and effectiveness

Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the sourcing process

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Corporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069

This position operates out of a temperature-controlled office environment

This position may be required to use standard office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, etc.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

2-5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a high-volume or field-based environment

Strong proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM/ATS systems)

Previous experience within a construction environment strongly preferred

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent required

The starting pay for this position is $72,000.00 and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
