Talent Sourcer

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Talent Sourcer to proactively source and engage candidates for high-volume and field-based roles nationwide. You will build strong pipelines across trades and tech, using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and local market research.
Collaboration with the recruiting team will align hiring needs across regions and functions. Ideal candidates have 2-5+ years in sourcing/recruiting, proficiency with CRM/ATS, and a Bachelor’s or equivalent.
