Job Description TMZ is the leading source for celebrity and entertainment news. We are seeking energetic, motivated students with a passion for celebrity news to join our Fall Internship Program. As an Intern at TMZ, you will be exposed to the many facets of newsgathering, TV production, and digital content creation. Interns are hands-on and directly contribute to the production process and will have opportunities to learn from senior staff and participate in speaker sessions designed for the internship program. This is a chance to gain broad exposure and grow within a leading entertainment news organization.
Our Social Media Department Intern will work with our social media team to create original content for TMZ and partner brands. Duties will include editing video, research for social media use, and assisting camera shoots. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere is required.
Our Fall 2026 Internship program will run from October 2026 – December 2026. This is a paid program and interns must meet all criteria below for consideration:
Be available for the entire internship session, as outlined above.
Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, in two or more 10-hour days per week, and be comfortable with a work shift beginning at 6:00 AM.
Have demonstrated knowledge of the area(s) of interest as reflected in their field of study, coursework and/or professional/internship experiences.
Be in their junior or senior year of college.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate for this role is $18.42 per hour, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location.
