Photographer, Zillow Media Experts (Riverside, CA)

Job Overview

Part‑time real estate media photographer based in Riverside, CA. Capture high‑quality still photos, listing videos, 3D or 360° virtual tours, drone media, and social media videos to help agents market their listings. Work 10‑20 hours per week, with occasional overtime during peak demand. Opportunities for full‑time employment may arise.
Key Responsibilities

Capture professional still photography, listing videos, 3D/360° virtual tours, drone photography & videos and social media videos for for‑sale or for‑rent properties.
Utilize advanced photography techniques and equipment to showcase each property’s unique features.
Coordinate and interact with clients on‑site to understand their photography needs.
Guide clients and property owners during sessions to achieve desired results.
Create captivating rich media experiences using proprietary technology.
Adhere to brand guidelines and represent properties accurately.
Maintain and troubleshoot photography equipment.
Organize and upload captured media, meeting deadlines and scheduling guidelines.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Develop creative concepts to highlight a property’s selling points.
Collaborate with regional managers, market leaders, photographers, real‑estate agents and marketing professionals to deliver cohesive visual assets.
Adapt to changes in media, product, service, capture or processing.
Represent Zillow Media Experts professionally at all times.
Required Qualifications

Ability to learn Zillow Media Expert processes and computer systems.
Experience capturing high‑quality exterior and interior real‑estate photos, videos, 3D tours and drone media.
Deep understanding of photography fundamentals with DSLR or mirrorless systems.
Potential FAA Part107 drone license and training if needed.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to drive within a 60‑plus mile radius of Riverside.
Minimum of 20 hours per week availability.
Internet upload speed of at least 15Mbps preferred.
Residency near Riverside, CA.
Equipment & Technical Requirements

Full‑frame or crop‑sensor DSLR/mirrorless camera capable of 5 bracket AEB shots (e.g., Canon R7, R5, 6DmkII, 5DmkIV).
Wide‑angle zoom lens (e.g., Full‑frame 15‑35mm or Crop‑sensor 10‑22mm).
Ballhead or geared tripod (video fluid head trips are not acceptable).
Compensation & Hours

Hourly pay ranges vary by location: $24.10‑$38.50 in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, NewJersey, NewYork, Washington and DC; $22.90‑$36.50 in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, RhodeIsland, Vermont and Virginia. Work 10‑20 hours per week, with possible overtime during high demand.
Field Position & Travel

Field employees work primarily in a specified geographic area. Employees are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance to their region and/or service area and will use their own judgment regarding time commitment and commute cost.
