Lead Executive Producer

Cox Media Group's WFTV Orlando is seeking an experienced Executive Producer to lead the newsroom, manage a team of producers and writers, and shape the look and pace of our newscasts. The EP will set coverage expectations and drive the daily editorial strategy across platforms.
You will guide breaking-news coverage, oversee the rundown and story placement, and collaborate with anchors, reporters, editors and talent to deliver compelling, high‑quality broadcasts in a fast-paced environment.
