Responsibilities
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to help scale Alia’s visibility and growth. You’ll play a hands‑on role in bringing campaigns to life across content, social media, lifecycle marketing, partner marketing, product launches, and more

Manage Alia’s social media presence, including content planning, copywriting, publishing, community engagement, and performance reporting
Create content across blogs, social media, sales enablement materials, and other marketing channels
Support product launches by coordinating messaging, campaign assets, website updates, and cross‑functional execution
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across content, partner, lifecycle, and product marketing initiatives
Plan and execute partner marketing initiatives, including webinars, co‑marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships
Build and optimise lifecycle marketing campaigns that improve customer engagement and product adoption
Track campaign performance, analyse results, and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
Qualifications
Experience managing social media for a brand, including content planning, copywriting, publishing, and reporting
An interest in ecommerce, Shopify, AI, or marketing technology is a plus
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
A self-starter who takes ownership, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
A creative eye for design and a strong understanding of brand consistency
2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or digital marketing
An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
Strong writing and communication skills, with experience creating content across multiple channels
Experience using marketing tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms
