Marketing Coordinator

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator , 6+ Months Contract role for one of our Fortune 500 clients, for Anaheim, CA (4 days onsite) .
Duration: 3+ months with possible extensions
Pay rate: $29.00-31.00/hr on w2
Job Summary:
Position Summary:
This candidate will work hand-in-hand with the department's senior members to help lead program efforts; act as liaison with key promotional partners, as necessary; and overall help to identify and develop strategic partnerships and integrations that drives the divisions' overall goals.
The position works closely with all groups inside the organization and handles several projects simultaneously.
To be successful, this person must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be resourceful, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects with limited supervision.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage components of tactical projects under the assigned program lead
Management support of overall media partners through the dedicated Market Managers.
Inclusive but not limited to promotional agreements, ticket orders, proposals, broadcast forms, scheduling, etc.
Produce campaign recap decks for external and internal business unit partners; and conduct post-campaign analysis (calculating metrics such as media value, reach/impressions, and ROI), under the direction of the Sr. Manager of the department
Oversee input of assigned projects into the departments critical systems and tools – i.e. AP.com, Box, Sharepoint
Contributing thought partner for promotional opportunities: identifying potential new partners (both media and non-media) with concise recommendations for the team
Work with the senior managers to help identify efficiencies and best practices.
Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in marketing, promotions, or advertising agency industry. Entertainment experience is a plus.
Must be proficient in the full suite of Office/Mac software including Outlook, Keynote, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Excellent written/verbal, time management required; quantitative/analytical skills are a plus
Must be able to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities in fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of event procedures and components
Can look at "big picture” and anticipate potential needs/pitfalls and/or opportunities
Demonstrates strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Top-notch collaboration skills and ability effectively partner with business units across the company
Knowledge and experience in TV & Radio production is a plus
Experience with promotional agreements and contracts is a plus
Experience in client/account management is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
