Friday, 6am

2:30pm) Temp role about 4 months, to cover a LOA, could be extended long term

What's a typical day as Production Supervisor? You'll be:
Leading daily production operations and supervising a team of employees
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and ISO 9001/AS9100 quality requirements
Coordinating staffing, training, and workflow to meet production goals
Identifying and resolving workflow bottlenecks while driving Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, preferably in aerospace or defense
Possess hands-on experience working in ISO 9001/AS9100 environments
Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Are proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems
Meet U.S. Person requirements per ITAR regulations
